Gill Homes is a small scale home building company that strongly believes in quality and custom work. Many of us live in houses that were built a few years ago, or many years ago. Does that house serve your needs as a complete home should, or is it merely a house that you were not able to customize to suit your specific needs? We can customize your home, either through our renovation services or with a new home build. We believe in high quality custom work and we deliver it at a fair price.

Affordable and Fair

Building a home starts with your personal needs. We will work with you to set a realistic budget, starting from lot selection and working through to the final plan. During this process we educate our clients about the various building materials, the costs involved, and the impact on energy savings and the long term value of the client's home. We calculate our margins to create that build and we charge a fair price for our work.

Founded in the Trades

Gill Homes started when we changed from a trade company to a home builder. We were enthusiastic about the creativity involved in home building and have found that creative process to be very rewarding. As a trade company we were already working in the residential construction industry and we saw many house plans and layouts as we did our work. We knew homes could be created differently so with that in mind we started Gill Homes. We received great appreciation from our first few clients regarding their home builds. To be valued by our clients for our creative input has been great.

We do business from the job site, not from an office. We show our expertise through the quality of our work and not through advertising or marketing campaigns.
